TASTING NOTES: This “reserva” cava, made from organically-produced grapes, displays a straw-yellow hue flecked with green, and pronounced, long-lingering bubbles. Clean, light aromas, reminiscent of unripe white fruit, on the nose with fresh, yeasty notes. The cava is refreshing on entry, light over the palate with a short finish and aftertaste of fresh fruit with notes of citrus. Perfect for informal get-togethers with friends or loved ones.
