TASTING NOTES: A “reserva” cava displaying a pale yellow hue with lemon tints, and pronounced, well-integrated bubbles. The nose releases clean, intense aromas of ripe tropical fruit, dried apricots and notes of sweet pastry. Intense on entry, honey-like over the palate, with a long, clean finish in which the refreshing ripe fruit flavours come through again. A smooth, well-balanced cava, which can be enjoyed throughout a meal, from the aperitif to fish stews or white meat such as roast chicken.
