TASTING NOTES: A cava displaying a lemon-yellow hue and pronounced, semi-fine bubbles. Soft, clean aromas reminiscent of stone fruit such as vineyard peach, combined with sweet, ripe, compote-like notes. Sweet and light-bodied on entry, the bubbles become increasingly refined over the palate. The finish is short, making the cava very easy to drink. With its touch of sweetness, this cava is ideal with cold starters, well-seasoned salads and pastries.
